Author and test AI prompt templates for interaction analysis. Templates can be scoped to niches (defaults) or individual clients (overrides).
FFR v1.1 Prompt Builder (§3.2)
Define structured questions for AI analysis of interactions (calls, SMS, forms). Question types: text, single, multi, bool, number. Each template has a stable ID, version control, and test sandbox. Set analysis_tier (gemini-2.5-pro | gemini-2.5-flash) per template.
